8pm-9:30pm, arrive before 8pm and drive onto the fairgrounds at the Green/Orange Gate off Fairview NEAR ROLLER COASTER.
WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY
You may drive through the Service Gate (off 15th near the Horse Barns). At the Service Gate, please tell the Attendant that you are a Vendor with Just Between Friends. Once finished unloading/loading, please park on the NORTH side of the Showplex (under the trees near the Grandstands).

May I shop?
Yes! You are welcome to get in on the great deals at the JBF sale.
We do ask, however, that you shop after each pre-qualified group during Presales. All other shopping times are fair game!
You are not allowed to hold unpaid items in your vendor area.
How many shoppers can I expect?
Our March & October events are huge - over 7,000 shoppers come to shop the biggest selection and lowest prices!
Our Back-to-School Sale is growing! The August 2023 will be our third time serving our community with a back-to-school sale and we expect 2,000 shoppers.
Thank you for your interest in participating in our Just Between Friends pop-up sales where thousands of local families shop & save on everything their growing kids need!
